1. How can I schedule an appointment?

The best way to make an appointment is to schedule one when you are in our office for a regular visit. If you are outside of our office, we kindly ask to request appointments using our website under, "Request An Appointment". Our scheduling team will contact you within 24 hours to confirm or reschedule your appointment. If it is an urgent matter, kindly contact our office anytime during normal business hours as we will make every effort to fit you into our schedule.

2. Is parking available?

Parking is available in the back of the building. Please do not park at the adjacent parking lot which belongs to the Dental Group.

3. How do I get referrals for specialists?

If your insurance provider requires you to have a referral to see specialists, kindly give our office 24-48 hours and we will contact you once it has been completed. An office visit is required for all patients before seeing a specialist.

4. What is the age requirement to schedule an office visit with Dr. Rana?

Dr. Rana will gladly treat patients 16 years of age and over.

5. What is required for an office visit?

Kindly bring all insurance paperwork as well as well as any prior health records you may have from your previous doctor. If your insurance carrier is an HMO, please elect Dr. Naresh Rana as your PCP prior to coming to our office.

6. What is co-pay? Can I pay my copay at a later time?

A copayment, or copay, is a flat dollar amount paid for a medical service by an insured. We ask that you bring your copay amount as it is due at the time of service.

7. I received a statement in the mail, but cannot pay in full?

If you receive a statement for services rendered by Dr. Rana and cannot pay in full, please contact our billing company, Millennium Medical Billing (201-263-1090) as we will make every effort to setup a payment plan which will fit your financial needs.

8. How can I contact Dr. Rana for emergency situations?

For life threatening situations, please dial 911. Dr. Rana can be reached by calling our office during normal business hours and after hours, by contacting his answering service. Call us on our main line 973.743.7707.

9. I have disability forms that need to filled out, do I need to schedule an office visit?

For all disability paperwork, a flat fee of $25 will be charged. An office visit is not required, however, if the doctor has not seen you within a 3 month range, an office visit must be made.
